Registration fees for "Trainee" Positions (Technicians, Graduate Students, PostDocs, Other In-training)
Early Bird Registration Special (Now - September 22): $150.00
Advanced Registration (September 23 - October 20): $200.00
Week of Registration (October 21 - October 24): $250.00
Registration fees for "Senior" Positions (Professionals, Principal Investigators, Instructors, Research Scientists, Professors)
Early Bird Registration Special (Now - September 22): $200.00
Advanced Registration (September 23 - October 20): $250.00
Week of Registration (October 21 - October 24): $275.00
Payment and refund policy: Payment is due upon registering for the meeting; to qualify for the Early Bird Registration Special, payment must be received before the deadline (September 22). Cancellations made prior to October 12th are eligible for a refund. Cancellations after October 12th and no shows are ineligible for refunds and are still required to pay the registration fee if payment was not received at the time of registration.
